We understand that time is of the essence when it comes to integrating new solutions into your workflow. In this comprehensive guide, we'll walk you through the process of integrating Pubstack's Ad Management platform, highlighting the steps involved and providing valuable insights on the timeline you can expect. Let's dive in and discover how quickly you can revolutionize your advertising strategy.
1°) (Optional) Install the Pubstack Analytics tag on your website - 2 weeks
In case it wasn’t previously installed, install the Analytics tag on your website to collect 2 weeks’ worth of programmatic data. This will allow you and our teams to compare the before and after effect of our Ad Management platform
2°) Provide GAM access to Pubstack - 1 day
The publisher provides Pubstack with access to their GAM account
3°) Publisher provides the bidder and ad unit mapping - 1 day
Following pre-established templates provided by Pubstack, the publisher provides both bidder and ad unit mapping, which are then uploaded into the Pubstack Ad Management interface
4°) Pubstack builds Prebid & TAM setup in GAM- 1 day
Pubstack will build the different line items within GAM, as well as the key values required for monetisation
5°) Publisher provides Prebid configuration & custom scripts- 1 email
The publisher should provide Pubstack with all of his monetisation scripts (Prebid, GAM, TAM…) as well as sharing his Prebid configuration.
6°) Add the Ad Management script & meta-tags on your page - 1 day
The publisher adds the script for Pubstack Ad Management on his website. The publisher also adds the various meta-tags on his page:
7°) Publisher removes Pubstack's Analytics tag from their page - 4 days
If the Pubstack Analytics tag was previously implemented, it should be removed at this point.
8°) Publisher removes all current monetisation code - 2 days
The publisher should remove the entirety of their monetisation-related code from their page.
9°) Deploy in staging and provide a staging URL - 2 days
The publisher provides Pubstack with a staging URL in order to deploy and test the new setup.
10°) Q/A sessions & verifications - 1 day
Both Pubstack and the publisher run various verification tests on the staging URL
10°) Go live !
Once the previous Q/A step has been validated, the setup is pushed from the staging environment to production (main website)
During the 2 weeks following the push to production, Pubstack follows up with the publisher with another Q/A session and analyses the results of the Ad Management implementation. An optimisation guide is then provided based on the results of the analysis.
You now hold the keys to seamlessly integrating Pubstack's Ad Management platform into your monetisation workflow. By following the outlined steps and taking advantage of our powerful tools, you can quickly regain control over your monetisation strategy and unlock the full potential of your ad operations.
